We are an independent charity (reg. no. 1114607) that has been providing information, advice, and support to vulnerable Central and Eastern Europeans in London since 1984. We support citizens of the EU: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and non-EU: Ukraine, Belarus, Russia.

Hammersmith & Fulham is building links between local communities and Ukrainian refugees, as a part of the community EERC invites you to join our monthly informative open house.
It's a way to meet one another, help one another and work out how best to enjoy and manage life in the UK. Our team will be there so come and say hi!
Britain is moving to a digital immigration system. If you use a physical document to prove your status, e.g. Biometric Residency Permit, a stamp or a vignette sticker in your passport, you will need to set up a digital UKVI account.
The UK Government has announced changes for this year's Winter Fuel Payments. You will only be eligible if you are over the state pension age and receive certain benefits for at least one day between 16 and 22 September 2024.
