EERC Fee Scale – fixed-fee basis
This fee scale details our fees for all immigration advice and services the EERC Immigration is registered to provide to our clients. We charge on a fixed-fee basis only.
We offer an initial consultation for £50, during which an adviser will assess your circumstances, explain the relevant process and identify the evidence required. Depending on your case, further services may include assistance with EU Settlement Scheme applications, visas, settlement, British citizenship, immigration appeals and travel documents. Initial Consultation fee is non-refundable.
Thanks to fees paid by you, we provide free pro-bono immigration services to the most disadvantaged Eastern European migrants in London: people sleeping rough, victims of domestic violence fleeing their abusers, and victims of human trafficking/modern slavery fleeing their exploiters.
Thank you for making this happen.
Fee is non-refundable. However, in exceptional situations if your circumstances change and you need to withdraw instructions part-way through your immigration case, we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at an hourly rate of £50 per hour for Level 1 work and £70 per hour for Level 2 work.
Likewise, if your case needs additional work after the work carried out at fixed fee is completed as detailed below, that additional work over and beyond the fixed fee will be charged at an hourly rate of £50 per hour for any Level 1 work and £70 per hour for any Level 2 work.
Administrative tasks that don’t require immigration accreditation, such as contacting GP practice to obtain medical records, obtaining bank statements on your behalf, translations and interpretation, are likely to incur additional fee of £50 per hour of work provided.
Please note that our fees do not include UKVI/Home Office visa fees, Tribunal fees, biometric fees, NHS surcharge, translations and interpretation, or courier costs. These will be paid directly by you at the point of submitting an application or as the cost arises. We can help you with navigating payment systems.
Please note that our organisation is not VAT-registered. The fees below don’t include a 20% VAT rate that is not charged.
